WASHINGTON RANCH MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT—FULL TIME

Assist Maintenance Supervisor with performing general maintenance duties and be on-call in rotation. Must be an approved CARC driver. Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:00pm.

CHILDREN SERVICES

CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER EDUCATOR—PART TIME & FULL TIME (2 POSITIONS)

Plan and implement daily program and activities for children birth to 36 months in age. High School Diploma or equivalent needed.

CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER COORDINATOR—FULL TIME 

Supervise, plan, and implement a developmentally appropriate daily program of activities for infants and toddlers. Assist staff and parents to ensure that basic needs of the children are met in a timely manner. Additional qualifications in education and training apply, see HR for details. 
ADULT SERVICES
RESIDENTIAL INSTRUCTOR — FULL TIME and RELIEF
Monitor the safety, support and development of individuals with disabilities in a residential environment. Various shifts available. High School Diploma or equivalent needed. Must be an approved CARC driver.

VOCATIONAL INSTRUCTOR—JANITORIAL, PECANS (2), and BOX TRUCK DRIVER—FULL TIME

Responsible for the work services/social habilitation of individuals with Developmental Disabilities. High School Diploma or equivalent needed. Must be an approved CARC driver. Hours worked are 8 am to 4 pm. 

CASE MANAGER—FULL TIME

Provide leadership to the individual development team, assist external Case Manager, serve as a primary contact for families and provide service coordination to individuals served by CARC. Bachelor degree required. Must be an approved CARC driver.
