CHILDREN SERVICES

CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER EDUCATOR—PART TIME(2 POSITIONS)

Plan and implement daily program and activities for children birth to 36 months in age. High School Diploma or equivalent needed.

DEVELOPMENTAL SPECIALIST—FULL TIME (ARTESIA)

To implement the Individual Family Service Plan to families and their children. Bachelor's degree needed. Must be an approved CARC driver.

FAMILY SERVICE COORDINATOR—FULL TIME (CARLSBAD)

Provide service coordination to families in a home and community environment. Bachelor's degree needed. Must be an approved CARC driver.
ADULT SERVICES
RESIDENTIAL INSTRUCTOR — FULL TIME and RELIEF
Monitor the safety, support and development of individuals with disabilities in a residential environment. Various shifts available. High School Diploma or equivalent needed. Must be an approved CARC driver.

RESIDENTIAL COORDINATOR—FULL TIME

Responsible for the direct supervision of staff, day-to-day operations of the home, and continued training of staff supervised. High School Diploma or equivalent needed. Must be an approved CARC driver.

SUPPORT SERVICES FLOATER—FULL TIME

Responsible for taking individuals to appointments, able to lift up to 50 lbs, various clerical work and data entry. High School Diploma or equivalent needed. Must be an approved driver.

SUPPORT SERVICES OFFICE MANAGER—FULL TIME 

Provide leadership and supervisory role to Support Service Clerical staff to ensure clerical operations and functions of department are maintained. Must be an approved CARC driver.

CASE MANAGER—FULL TIME

 Provide leadership to the individual development team, serve as a primary contact for families and provide service coordination to individuals served by CARC. Bachelor degree required. Must be an approved CARC driver.

STAFF NURSE—FULL TIME

The primary responsibility is to provide Health Care Services to individuals served. One year nursing experience required. Must be an approved CARC driver. 

HEALTH CARE ASSISTANT—FULL TIME

Responsible for daily secretarial and receptionist duties. Accompany clients to appointments as assigned by SSOM. High School Diploma or equivalent needed. Must be an approved driver.

COFFEE SPOT COORDINATOR—FULL TIME

Trains and supervises individuals in Coffee Spot Supported Employment placement to allow them to gain and maintain employment opportunities in the community. Must have good customer service skills and be an approved driver.

LIFE ENHANCEMENT INSTRUCTOR—FULL TIME

Develop, implement and coordinate recreational activities and/or instruct participants of the Life Enhancement Program. High School Diploma or equivalent needed. Must be an approved CARC driver.
