VEHICLE MAINTENANCE—FULL TIME

Responsible for routine/preventing maintenance on all CARC vehicles and documentation of such maintenance. Will assist the maintenance supervisor with grounds and building maintenance if necessary.

CHILDREN SERVICES

CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER EDUCATOR—FULL TIME

Plan and implement daily program and activities for children birth to 36 month in age. High School Diploma or equivalent needed. Must be an approved CARC driver.

DEVELOPMENTAL SPECIALIST—FULL TIME (CARLSBAD & ARTESIA)

Implement the Individual Family Service Plan to families and their children in the families homes using everyday routines and activities. Bachelor degree required. Must be an approved CARC driver.
ADULT SERVICES
RESIDENTIAL INSTRUCTOR — FULL TIME and RELIEF
Monitor the safety, support and development of individuals with disabilities in a residential environment. Various shifts available. High School Diploma or equivalent needed. Must be an approved CARC driver.

CASE MANAGER

Provide leadership to the individual development team, assist external Case Manager, serve as a primary contact for families and provide service coordination to individuals served by CARC. Bachelor degree required. Must be an approved CARC driver.

VOCATIONAL INSTRUCTOR—HORTICULTURE—FULL TIME 

Work with individuals with disabilities in the areas of work services/social habilitation in a variety of vocational sites. High School Diploma or equivalent needed. Must be an approved CARC driver. 

JOB COACH—FULL TIME 

Train and supervise individuals in Supported Employment placement to allow them to gain and maintain employment opportunities in the community. High School Diploma or equivalent needed. Must be an approved CARC driver.

VOCATIONAL FLOATER—FULL TIME 

Work with individuals with disabilities in the area of work services/social habilitation in a variety of vocational sites. High School Diploma or equivalent needed. Must be an approved CARC driver. Hours worked are 8:30 am to 3:30 pm.
