CARC, INC. provides services for people with special needs that enable them to be active citizens, feel accepted and find meaning in life. CARC, INC is about supporting the enhancement of special lives!

Located in Carlsbad, NM, CARC provides services for adults with Developmental Disabilities including residential, work placement, health, and life enhancement. CARC’s Early Child Development Services include Early Intervention and Diagnostic services and a full-service Child Development Center for children aged birth to three.

CARC’s divisions include Rainbow Recycling, the Workbench, Washington Ranch, the Country Store and Greenhouse, Pecos Valley Pecans, the Bargain Store, and the CARC/Washington Ranch Foundation.

CARC, Inc. programs are accredited by CARF: The Rehabilitation Commission. CARF is a private, not-for-profit organization that promotes quality rehabilitation services. The standards used by CARF are developed with input from consumers, rehabilitation professionals, state and national organizations and funding sources.
