Washingon Ranch offers a wide variety of accomodations and services. We are centrally located near Carlsbad Caverns, Guadalupe Mountains National Park, the Pecos River, Living Desert State Park, along with numerous natural caves and trails. Located along the Black River approximately five miles south of White's City on U.S. Hwy 62-180, Washington Ranch is an "Oasis in the Desert."

We specialize in accommodating the needs and desires of persons with disabilities visiting the Carlsbad area. Staff is available to arrange outings to Carlsbad Caverns, Living Desert, the Pecos Riverwalk, Washington Ranch and other handicap accessible attractions in the area. The Ranch can also host church retreats, family reunions, weddings, banquets and other functions. Our experience will make a difference in your comfort and adventure in the Southwest!

Main House

The country-style Main House offers 10,000 square feet of multi-purpose space for meetings and conferences. Lodging is available with four dormitory cabins accommodating up to 80 people. The Main Lodge/Dining Hall can provide meals for up to 120 people. Contact the Washington Ranch Camp Director's office for our low daily rates.
