"How can my loved one find meaningful work?"
MEANINGFUL WORK
Empowering individuals with the skills, confidence, and support to succeed in the workplace and become active members of the community.
FINDING THE RIGHT OPPORTUNITY
CARC helps individuals discover their strengths, develop workplace skills, and find employment opportunities that match their interests and abilities, with support along the way to help them succeed.

WORK SERVICES PROGRAM:
CARC’s Work Services Program provides hands-on work experience in a supportive environment where individuals can learn at their own pace, build workplace skills, develop good work habits, and experience the pride of earning a paycheck.
Through CARC-operated businesses and partnerships with local industry, individuals gain real-world experience while contributing to meaningful work in our community.
OUR GOAL
To help each individual discover what they can do, build confidence in their abilities, and develop the skills needed to pursue greater independence and, when appropriate, employment in the community.

Meaningful employment is more than a paycheck. It builds confidence, creates connections, develops valuable skills, and gives individuals the opportunity to contribute, succeed, and take pride in the work they do.
REAL LIFE
TRUE PURPOSE.
SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT helps individuals find and succeed in paid jobs with businesses throughout the community. CARC job coaches work alongside each individual to help with job applications, workplace training, learning job responsibilities, and building the skills and confidence needed for long-term success. As individuals become more comfortable and independent in their jobs, support can be adjusted to meet their needs.
